1. Things to remember

2. Wake up thinking positive!

The attitude with which you wake up every morning will be the one that marks the rest of your day.
If when you open your eyes you have thoughts like working again , I do not feel like doing anything , how hard the day is going to be ... , you will be preparing your mind so that the whole day you see it in the worst possible way.
